• Liaise with you regarding travel requirements

Finding A Venue

We will find the mot suitable venue for your event taking into consideration:

• Location for you and your delegates whether it’s UK or in Europe.
• Bedroom requirements if necessary
• Main meeting rooms and sound requirements
• Catering facilities
• Specific leisure facilities
• Any other special requirements

Using venues that we already have had contact with, or new venues that we haven’t used before, we will research their suitability and possibly offer you a shortlist of two of three to choose from.

This service does not carry an additional charge, we just consider it as part of the package and is one of the first stages of our planning.
