The group needed to be energised throughout the day with a series of short, high-impact sessions, all building towards a final performance where every delegate would come together as one group alongside a live band.

How Bespoke Team Building Activities Are Created
THE BRIEF: The process began by working closely with the client to design something completely tailored. The first step was selecting a well-known song that would resonate with an international audience. It needed to be easy to learn, uplifting in tone and aligned with the messaging of the event.
From there, the experience became fully bespoke. The lyrics were rewritten to reflect the company’s values, goals and identity, turning a familiar song into something personal and meaningful for every participant.
THE SOLUTION: To maintain energy throughout the day, a series of short 5–10 minute energiser sessions were introduced. These began with a powerful icebreaker inspired by a well-known musical performance, where delegates were quickly taught simple backing vocals. Within minutes, the entire room was actively involved, experiencing the impact of creating something together.

The group was then divided into smaller teams to learn different vocal parts. This step is crucial in bespoke team building activities. By breaking a large audience into smaller groups, individuals feel more comfortable, confidence builds quickly and participation increases. Expert facilitation ensures that even those with no performance experience feel supported and able to contribute.
The Power of a Shared Performance
THE FINALE: Once each group had learnt and rehearsed their parts, it was time for the finale. All 450 delegates came back together to perform as one alongside a live band. This moment is where everything comes together.
What starts as a group of individuals, often unsure or outside their comfort zone, transforms into a confident, energised team. Barriers disappear, people support each other and the sense of achievement is immediate and powerful.
