Create something amazing as a team and give back to the community

A team building event like no other

This team building activity has everything….

Competition, collaboration, community spirit and a sense of real achievement.

Here we split the group into small teams and task them with building a real, working guitar.

They are provided with all the materials, tools and instructions so they need to collaborate and work together to get the job done first.

By the end they will have created playable guitars.

The first team to build the guitar to the required standard wins!

What happens to the guitars?

This is where it gets even better. You have a couple of options. The winning team can keep the guitars. Maybe they will go back to the office so people can learn the guitar as a new stress relieving hobby, maybe they will go home and become a personal possession.

Or the other option is that all the guitars get donated to a local school or youth charity. The winning team could then select who the lucky recipient is. There is even scope to have company stickers placed on the guitars so the local group knows who gifted them.

Either way, the benefits of the session reach far beyond the actual experience.

Build a real, working guitar, write a song and design the packaging. At the end donate guitars to a local school.

Visit a working recording studio, create your own song and have it all captured in a ‘Band Aid’ style music video.

Samba drumming
