The session in this video involved us surprising a team with the brief that they had one hour to design the visuals for a music video. They needed to visually represent the lyrics of a famous song using either literal or metaphorical references, as well as ideas relevant to their business. We then captured the result on film and edited it.
They threw themselves into the challenge, fully embraced the brief and had a lot of fun in the process. The session succeeded in forging deeper connections than would normally happen in a more subdued business context. Participants were able to let loose, be a little vulnerable and show a different side of their personality to their colleagues.
Not only that, but they also got to watch the finished video afterwards, creating longer-lasting positive effects within the team.
